TRAINER
Josh grew up on his parents ranch in Green River, WY. He began showing cutting horses alongside his parents John and Becky Hofeldt when he was 10 years old. In high school, Josh would spend his summers working with NCHA Hall of Famer and 5X Open World Champion trainer Kobie Wood of Stephenville, TX and Hall of Fame trainer Scott Amos of Loma, CO. After graduating high school Josh apprenticed under Kobie Wood and trained and showed multiple horses in Open competition. After completion of his apprenticeship program, Josh went back to college at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. After college Josh got back in the cutting pen and now trains out of a facility in Spanish Fork, Utah.
THE RANCH
Located in Spanish Fork, UT. The ranch spans approximately 20 acres which includes a large indoor arena with 1 Pro Cutter mechanical cow and 1 Cow Trac mechanical cow and fully functional cattle pens with access to the indoor arena. There are approximately 40 stalls with close proximity to the arena. The remaining property is pasture and plenty of space and parking for easy access.
